How to Find Direction and Inner Peace as a Teacher

Day 8: Treat Yourself!

We are over half way through our 15 Day journey to inner peace and direction, therefore today do something nice for yourself. 

According to a Bustle article, “there appear to be deeper psychological benefits that make… small treat-yo’self moments a recipe for better mental health. Turns out that kindness to yourself, expressed in affordable (or free) and small measures, is genuinely good for you.”

Facebook Community Action Step:

Share with the group how you are planning on (or how you are) treating yourself today. Maybe you got that pumpkin spice latte, or Dunkin’ and got that fall donut. Maybe you scheduled a pedi with a friend. Maybe during your planning your simply meditated, went for a walk… Whatever it is, let it be something you love!
